Marina Zoe Saoulidou is a PhD candidate in Political Science and Public Administration at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). Her thesis focuses on the dynamics of both left- and right-wing populist parties in Europe in the context of economic crises. Marina Zoe is an IKY Scholar (State Scholarships Foundation) and was also awarded a NKUA Compensatory Fellowship (teaching assistantship). She holds a MPhil in European and International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from NKUA. She is Head of 89 Greece, the Greek branch of 89 Initiative, and a member of the Hellenic Society of International Law and International Relations.
