The South-East Europe Programme of the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) participated in a workshop organized by EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy in the context of the Project “Youth EU: “Challenging euro-skepticism through Educating and Empowering Youth as European Citizens”. Six Greek students were chosen from the national workshop in Athens to take part in an interactive workshop in Brussels, in July 2022. Overall, eighteen students from Czechia, France, and Serbia attended the Brussels- workshop which included a closed discussion with stakeholders from the EU institutions. During several sessions, each team shared views about the EU’s challenges, discussed issues about euro-skepticism, and exchanged ideas and opinions on combating it. They also formed cross-country groups and presented the outcomes of their proposals to EU policymakers and experts, while visiting the European Parliament.
