On Tuesday 22 November ELIAMEP welcomed H.E. the Ambassador of Ukraine in Greece Mr Sergii Shutenko for a discussion on the war, the hard winter ahead and what would constitute victory for Ukraine, with thought leaders from academia and policy making sectors. The discussion was moderated by Prof. George Pagoulatos, Director General of ELIAMEP.
