Tasos Evgenidis
Research Fellow at the AI4GR project; Associate Professor, Royal HollowayTasos Evgenidis is an economist and Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) at Royal Holloway, University of London. His research interests primarily focus on applied macroeconomics, monetary policy, economic inequalities, VARs, and macro-finance linkages.
He has published several articles in international peer-reviewed journals, including the Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, Economic Inquiry, Journal of International Money and Finance, Energy Economics, Economics Letters (x2), International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Travel Research, and Empirical Economics.
Previously, Tasos held the position of Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Economics at Newcastle University, UK. Before that, he worked as an Economist in the Monetary Policy Division at the Central Bank of Ireland and at the Economic Analysis and Research Department of the Bank of Greece.
Tasos holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Patras, an MSc in Economics and Finance from Loughborough University, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Patras. He speaks Greek and English.
