Gerassimos Moschonas

Senior Policy Advisor; Professor of Comparative Politics, Panteion University

Gerassimos Moschonas, PhD from the University of Paris II, is a Professor of Comparative Politics in the Department of Political Science and History at Panteion University, Athens, Greece. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Hellenic Parliament Foundation for Parliamentarism and Democracy. He is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Centre for Political Research at Panteion University.

He has held visiting positions at Free University of Brussels (for multiple semesters), University of Paris1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences Po-Paris, the University of Leicester, Princeton University, Yale University, the University of Paris 8, Montpellier 1 University, and the University of Paris-II. He has twice held the Marcel Liebman Chair (2013 and 1999) at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Free University of Brussels.
