‘Integration or Disintegration? Which way forward for Europe’? This is the 11th consecutive European Seminar organised by ELIAMEP in co-operation with European Policy Centre at the island of Halki. The seminar is funded by the ‘Lifelong Learning’ Programme of the European Union and every year it brings together leading thinkers and policy makers from all over Europe and beyond to discuss broad themes of current interest.
