{"id":35010,"date":"2010-08-01T12:04:05","date_gmt":"2010-08-01T09:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eliamep.lncdoo.com\/seminars\/7o-evropaiko-seminario-economic-governance-in-the-eurozone-and-the-eu-drawing-lessons-from-the-crisis-sounio-2010\/"},"modified":"2024-10-03T11:06:40","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T08:06:40","slug":"7o-evropaiko-seminario-economic-governance-in-the-eurozone-and-the-eu-drawing-lessons-from-the-crisis-sounio-2010","status":"publish","type":"seminars","link":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/seminars\/7th-annual-european-seminar-economic-governance-in-the-eurozone-and-the-eu-drawing-lessons-from-the-crisis-sounio-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"7th Annual European Seminar: Economic Governance in the Eurozone and the EU: Drawing lessons from the crisis &#8211; Sounio 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"the-content\"><p>At this critical juncture and in light of recent economic developments, there is a pressing need to discuss the issues, challenges and priorities facing economic governance in EU-27 and the eurozone in particular.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, ELIAMEP organized its\u00a0<strong>7th Annual European Seminar<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>\u2018Economic Governance in the Eurozone and the EU: Drawing Lessons from the Crisis.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The seminar was organized in cooperation with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bruegel.org\/about.html\">Bruegel<\/a>\u00a0and with the support of the Lifelong Learning Programme,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/eacea.ec.europa.eu\/index_en.php\">Jean Monnet Actions of the European Union\u00a0<\/a>(Education, Audiovisual &amp; Culture Executive Agency).<span id=\"more-367\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A group of leading thinkers and policy-makers was brought together to draw lessons from the ways in which Europe has so far coped with the crisis and reflect on its broader political and social consequences.
