It is cooperatively run by <em>the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMFUS), the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB), the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) <\/em>and the <em>APROPOS<\/em>. The program is supported by<em> Stiftung Mercator, King Baudouin Foundation, Robert Bosch Foundation \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 the Bertelsmann Stiftung.<\/em><\/p>\n<p> The Open European Dialogue connects European policymakers across parties and nations, providing a unique space for dialogue and promoting innovative political conversations.
