Within the special section,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.974371#abstract\">Damir Kapid\u017ei\u0107<\/a> contributed a piece on the interaction of electoral system design and ethnic structure of society,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.974372#abstract\">Bori\u0161a Mraovi\u0107<\/a> discusses electoral incentives and ethnic mobilisation and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.974379#abstract\">Nenad Stojanovi\u0107<\/a>\u00a0addresses the question of why non-nationalist voters supported ethno-nationalist parties. Also in this issue,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.967963#abstract\">Andrea Pelliccia<\/a> examines the phenomenon of Greek student mobility in Italy,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.967944#abstract\">Eda Ku\u015fku-S\u00f6nmez<\/a>\u00a0looks into the role Black Sea cities can play in regional integration strategies, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.967943#abstract\">Suzette R. Grillot\u00a0&amp; Rebecca J. Cruise<\/a>\u00a0argue that despite official reconciliation efforts at an elite level, the general public in Albania, Croatia and FYROM have not made the same progress toward trust and sense of community. Finally, an article co-authored by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2014.967945#abstract\">Emil Souleimanov, Maya Ehrmann &amp; Huseyn Aliyev<\/a>\u00a0focuses on the role of Iranian influence in strengthening the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Israel, arguing that security threats from Iran, as well as mutually beneficial economic incentives contribute to the Azerbaijani-Israeli partnership.
