The study examined a number of past cooperation initiatives between the two countries with a particular focus on the implementation of EU projects and the higher education. The authors evaluate the merits, strengths and weaknesses of the above initiatives and draw conclusions as to the factors that facilitate cooperation between the two countries that are entangled in the name dispute. The authors of the report are ELIAMEP research associates Yorgos Christidis and Panagiotis Paschalidis.
