It is prefaced by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2015.1060021#abstract\">Ino Afentouli<\/a>, and then introduced by the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/14683857.2015.1060727#abstract\"> guest editor<\/a>. The contributions are based on papers delivered by a conference organised by ELIAMEP in January entitled \u2018Back to the Cold War or forward to a stable relationship?\u2019 and supported by NATO Public Diplomacy Division and the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
