This study comes up with\u00a0three policy proposals whose implementation would not be financially\u00a0prohibitive and would not exhaust Greece\u2019s diplomatic capital: Greece could\u00a0take a leadership position in addressing the question of piracy in the Horn\u00a0of Africa, spearhead a campaign for the protection of Christian community\u00a0rights in the Middle East and undertake a comprehensive institution-building\u00a0training program in the Arab transition states.
