{"id":26678,"date":"2024-08-06T13:11:59","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T10:11:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eliamep.lncdoo.com\/human_resources\/pavlos-tsimas\/"},"modified":"2024-08-06T13:40:51","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T10:40:51","slug":"pavlos-tsimas","status":"publish","type":"human_resources","link":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/human_resources\/pavlos-tsimas\/","title":{"rendered":"Pavlos Tsimas"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"the-content\"><p><strong>Pavlos Tsimas<\/strong> is a journalist, radio and TV host at SKAI TV channel and radio station, and columnist at the daily newspaper \u201cTA NEA\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> He was born in 1953 in Athens. He studied Law at the Athens University and practiced as a lawyer, before turning to journalism in 1980. He started as a political editor at the newspaper \u201cRizospastis\u201d, he served as editor in chief at \u201c902\u201d radio station, \u201cProti\u201d newspaper and \u201cTaxydromos\u201d magazine, before joining TA NEA, in 1991 .<\/p>\n<p> In 1987 he participated at the launching of the first independent Greek radio station \u201cAthens 9,84\u201d and is faithful to radio ever since. In 1993 he started a career in television, with a daily current affairs program on SKAI TV. On the following years, he presented a series of documentary news shows and political talk shows for Mega TV and the national broadcaster ERT. He was a member of interrogating panels in a number of pre-electoral debates.
