Central to this framework is the <strong>Energy Matrix System<\/strong>, a conceptual turned practical tool developed by Dr. Mathoulakis. This system comprises a set of quantifiable indicators designed to measure a nation&#8217;s political power as derived from its capacity to produce, consume, export, and transport energy resources. These metrics provide a solid measurement (point system) for a country\u2019s actual energy leverage and offer a decision-making tool for policy-making and scenario-based analysis regarding energy project materialisation.
