The Forum was held alongside the Three Seas Initiative Leaders\u2019 Summit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Elena Lazarou<\/strong>, Director General of ELIAMEP, moderated the framing panel <strong>\u201cFrom Individual Projects to Integrated Networks\u201d<\/strong>, which explored how the Three Seas region can move beyond a fragmented landscape of national transport projects towards a genuinely interoperable and investment\u2011ready network. Set against a rapidly evolving geopolitical backdrop\u2014marked by Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine, the energy crisis, and instability in the Middle East\u2014the discussion highlighted why transport connectivity has become a strategic imperative for the region, increasingly viewed as a critical corridor and a bridge linking Europe with broader global markets. The exchange focused on the need for more interconnectiong along the North\u2013South corridors, on alignment between TEN\u2011T and 3SI priorities, emerging routes such as IMEC, and the need for regulatory and customs coordination to reduce cross\u2011border bottlenecks.<\/p>\n<p>Panellists included Mr <strong>Ram\u016bnas Dilba<\/strong>, Chief Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Ms <strong>Camilla Jain Holtse<\/strong>, Vice President at A.P. Moller \u2013 Maersk (Denmark), and Mr <strong>Gordan Kolak<\/strong>, CEO of the Kon\u010dar Group.
