The panel also included: Tassos Chatzivasileiou, Member of Parliament for New Democracy, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Assistant Professor of International Relations; Yannis Valinakis, Professor of International Relations and former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Manos Karagiannis, Professor of International Security at the University of Macedonia and King\u2019s College London. The discussion was moderated by Constantinos Filis, Professor of International Relations.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Prof. Tsakonas underscored that any agreement between Greece and Turkey can be sustainable only if it emerges from an institutionalized process and carries international legal legitimacy, such as a judgment issued by the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
