{"id":52941,"date":"2025-10-21T12:56:12","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T09:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/?post_type=activity&#038;p=52941"},"modified":"2025-10-21T15:15:44","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T12:15:44","slug":"to-see-era-pragmatopoiise-tin-proti-tou-esoteriki-episkepsi-kathodigisis-sto-eliamep","status":"publish","type":"activity","link":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/activity\/see-era-launched-its-first-internal-mentoring-visit-at-eliamep\/","title":{"rendered":"SEE-ERA launched its first internal mentoring visit at ELIAMEP"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"the-content\"><p><\/p>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">As part of SEE-ERA\u2019s mission to foster inclusive and sustainable Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) across South-East Europe, the project has launched a series of internal mentoring visits with each partner organisation.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">These mentoring sessions are designed to strengthen gender+ knowledge and capacities, encourage mutual learning, and support the co-creation of meaningful institutional change within research and innovation environments.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Through tailored guidance, reflection, and collaboration, partners work together to advance gender equality within their institutions \u2013 ensuring that GEP implementation becomes both effective and lasting.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">The first mentoring visit took place on 2\u20133 October at ELIAMEP (Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy) in Athens.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Our mentors, Charoula Tzanakou and Evanthia Schmidt, met with the local SEE-ERA team, the internal Community of Practice, ELIAMEP\u2019s leadership, and other staff members to exchange experiences and discuss progress and possible alliances for implementing the organisation\u2019s Gender Equality Plan (GEP).<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">This visit marks an important step towards co-creating a more inclusive and gender-equal research environment across South-East Europe \u2013 one that builds on dialogue, shared learning, and institutional commitment to change.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"featured_media":52946,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"program":[23],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/activity\/52941"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/activity"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/activity"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/52946"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=52941"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"program","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/program?post=52941"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
