WSF is organized by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation in partnership with NATO and Poland\u2019s National Security Bureau. This year\u2019s Forum, held under the theme #DividedWeFall, welcomed France as the Partner Nation of the Forum. Key debates addressed support for Ukraine, transatlantic relations, Europe\u2019s defence and energy security, the state of the international order, and many other themes.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Lazarou participated as a speaker on the roundtable \u201cThe Next Chapter in EU Security Partnerships: NATO, Bilateral and Beyond\u201d, along with other distinguished experts. The roundtable was opened by Defence and Space Commissioner, Andrius Kubilius, and moderated by Marcin Bu\u017ca\u0144ski, Senior Advisor at Casimir Pulaski Foundation. Other speakers included Marcos Perestrello (President, NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Portugal); Herald Ruijters (Deputy Director-General, Head of Task Force for SAFE instrument, DG for Defence Industry and Space, European Commission); Oleg Shymanskyi (Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine); Pierre Heilbronn (Special Envoy for Ukraine&#8217;s Relief and Reconstruction, Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, France) and Delphine Pronk (Chair of the Political and Security Committee, European External Action Service).
