He highlighted Trump\u2019s stance toward the EU, viewing it more as a competitor than an ally, and described his approach as one of &#8220;shock and awe&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"1007\">Trump\u2019s statements and his adversarial attitude toward key allies, such as Ukraine, have raised deep concerns\u2014particularly in Central and Eastern European countries that have long relied on U.S. protection. With that protection no longer guaranteed, discussions on strategic autonomy and a common European defense have gained new urgency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1300\">Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin has repeatedly warned of Moscow\u2019s &#8220;red lines&#8221;, especially regarding NATO\u2019s expansion into Ukraine and Georgia.
