The war, the Western Balkans and the EU\u201d <\/em><\/strong>which was published by the <strong>Institute for Human Sciences (IWM).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  This paper underlines the importance and necessity to restore the credibility of the EU enlargement process in the Western Balkans.
