{"id":32603,"date":"2023-04-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-03T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eliamep.lncdoo.com\/activity\/4i-geniki-synelefsi-tou-ergou-rescuer\/"},"modified":"2023-04-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-04-03T21:00:00","slug":"4i-geniki-synelefsi-tou-ergou-rescuer","status":"publish","type":"activity","link":"https:\/\/www.eliamep.gr\/en\/activity\/4i-geniki-synelefsi-tou-ergou-rescuer\/","title":{"rendered":"4th General Assembly Meeting of the RESCUER project"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"the-content\"><p><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">On 31 March 2023, RESCUER partners met in Modane, France to participate into the 4<sup>th<\/sup>General Assembly Meeting.<\/span><span class=\"x_apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">RESCUER&#8217;s aims to design and develop a First Responder centered technology toolkit that will empower the next-generation of First Responders (Fire-fighters, Search-and-rescue, Medics, Police) by enhancing their operational capacity and safety, specifically in adverse conditions, both environmental and infrastructure-wise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">ELIAMEP explores the legal and regulatory issues behind physical environment in the first responders\u2019 domain, providing therefore an analysis of the current European framework applicable to both research and end-use of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Dr. <strong>Triantafyllos Karatrantos<\/strong>, and <strong>Irene Keremidou<\/strong> have participated in the meeting on behalf of ELIAMEP. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The RESCUER project is funded by HORIZON 2020.
