Blavoukos, D. Bourantonis, T. Tsakonas (Athens: Sideris) 2019<\/p>\n<p>  <span lang=\"en-US\">The chapter examines the actorness and performance of the EU in its immediate European neighborhood focusing on the Eastern Partnership (EaP) policy. It argues that the performance of the EaP is primarily determined by regional security conditions and the exogenous negotiating environment and less by endogenous parameters (such as the policy\u2019s original design).
