The President of ELIAMEP, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, was among the main speakers. The Prime Minister of Greece, Mr. George Papandreou, was the Keynote Speaker.<\/p>\n<p>  The discussion was conducted by Mr. Wolf Klinz, Chairman of the Special Committee.
