Policy report addressing state and non-state actors involved in the design and implementation of media policies supportive of media freedom and independence, the European Union and the Council of Europe

A collective policy report with recommendations for the promotion of media freedom and independence in the 14 MEDIADEM countries has been published. In addition to policy suggestions targeting national actors, the report formulates policy recommendations addressing the Council of Europe and the European Union and offers a regulatory matrix that provides an overview of the regulatory systems at work in the 14 countries under study.
