The third volume authored by the 2CU (Towards a Citizen’s Union) researchers entitled “Deliberative Democracy in the EU – Countering Populism with Participation and Debate” has been published. This third collective volume includes a chapter prepared by F. Chatzistavrou and K. Papanikolaou, entitled Revising the Early Warning System to Reinforce the ‘Third Chamber’ of EU Multi-Level Law-Making (Chapter Ten).
