The Greek economy has been  tested hard for long and the signs of fatigue due to the prolonged adjustment are more than obvious. The positive review completion, a “relief” for the economy, accompanied by a promise of potential stability, constitutes a golden opportunity, a decisive window of opportunity for a national turn of recovery.

The successive rounds of negotiations in the country’s external environment paralyse the economy, disorient and postpone continuously the critical and absolutely imperative internal work and that must be done. After the completion of the review, emphasis should be given primarily in the reconstruction and reconstitution not only of the economy but of the country as a whole.
