The Central Committee for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures, which was launched by the Greek Ministry of Interior, Decentralization and E-Government with the aim to systematically deal with dysfunctionalities and bureaucracy in public administration, made an extensive reference to a paper produced by the research project IDEA on the simplification of the provision of services towards immigrants.
