ELIAMEP has launched a round of public discussions on Greek-Turkish bilateral relations, aimed at illuminating all aspects of Greece’s difficult relationship with its neighbour, Turkey.
Is The Hague in our best interest? The first discussion took place between former Prime Minister and MP for KINAL, George Papandreou, former Foreign Minister and MP for Nea Dimokratia, Dora Bakoyannis, former Foreign Minister and SYRIZA MP George Katrougalos, and former Deputy Foreign Minister, Christos Rozakis. The discussion was moderated by Loukas Tsoukalis, President of ELIAMEP.

How is the Turkish challenge being addressed? The second discussion on Greek-Turkish relations will follow a debate format between expert analysts, professors and ambassadors, who have all studied Turkey in depth and have observed policies in the wider region at different times.
