Professor Panayotis Tsakonas, Senior Research Fellow and Head of the Security and Turkey Programme at ELIAMEP was invited by Valia Petouri to the show “EPTA”, hosted by the state-owned public radio and television network. He spoke about EU-Turkey relations after the Turkey-Libya memorandum of understanding on the delimitation of maritime jurisdictions in the Mediterranean Sea.
