An interesting debate regarding the procedures through which the wealth of Greece was formed and was lost from 1912 until today took place between the President of ELIAMEP, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, and the writer and Professor of Economic and Social History, Kostas Kostis, in the margins of the Annual Lecture of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP).
