“Economy, unemployment, health and living standards will be important issues that will play a part in the vote of Greek voters in the upcoming European Elections“, estimated Dr. Filippa Chatzistavrou, Researcher at ELIAMEP, in an interview at the Turkish news agency Anadolu Ajansi.
Asked about the role of immigration in the vote, she also estimated that Greece differs from other European countries as “there may be racist and xenophobic incidents, but in general, the immigration crisis will not be the main factor that will affect the voters“.
