The President of ELIAMEP, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, and the President of the Emirates Policy Center (EPC), Dr. Ebtesam al-Ketbi signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ELIAMEP and the EPC. The signature ceremony of the MoU took place on 13 November within the framework of the 8th Strategic Dialogue organized by the EPC in Abu Dhabi.
