“The implementation of the Convention on the demarcation of EEZs and the recognition of sovereign rights on islands and islets does not mean the entrapment of any country to its shores. The Montego Bay Convention offers all necessary interpretive tools – one of which is justice and appealing to law – and is the logical foundation for referring existing disputes to the International Court of Justice in The Hague,” explains Ioannis N.
