“I predict that the new world order will continue to rely on the nine owners of nuclear arsenals. In the future, however, it will be determined by four different alliances, flanked by peripheral countries-allies, chosen with cold, strategic criteria. Reference points for these new collaborations will be bilateral agreements and not the existing international organizations and treaties,” writes Pantelis Ikonomou in his article for the newspaper Kathimerini.
