Ε. Psychogiopoulou and C. Rauchegger co-organized a panel on judicial interactions at the ECPR General Conference

Evangelia Psychogiopoulou, Senior Research Fellow of ELIAMEP, and Clara Rauchegger, Assistant Professor of EU Law and Digital Technology Law at Innsbruck University, co-organized a panel on judicial interactions at the ECPR General Conference.

The panel was entitled ‘Judicial dialogue among international and supranational courts’ and took place on 3 September 2021 (Standing Group Law and Courts).

Evangelia presented a paper on judicial dialogue between the Court of Justice of the EU and the European Court of Human Rights in cases dealing with digital technologies.
