European Forum of Think Tanks entitled “European solidarity. Where do we stand? Should we foster it and how?”

On Thursday 30 September 2010, ELIAMEP President, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, spoke to the European Forum of Think Tanks, organized by Notre Europe and entitled European solidarity. Where do we stand? Should we foster it and how? Mr. Tsoukalis was one of the participants in the first round table What does European solidarity mean?

Other participants in the forum were Mrs Anna Diamantopoulou, Greek Minister of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs; former EU Commissioner for Employment and Social Affairs as the keynote speaker,  Mr Tommaso Padoa-Schioppa, President of Notre Europe and Mrs Kalypso Nicolaïdis, St Antony’s College, University of Oxford.

The seminar took place in Barcelona on 30 September and 1 October 2010.
