On Thursday 21 October 2010, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, ELIAMEP President of the Board of Directors, was the keynote speaker at the dinner of the Annual Conference of the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) in Paris. The discussion was on ‘The euro crisis’ impact on the perception of the EU as a global player’. Mr. Quentin Peel, International Affairs Editor of Financial Times, was the moderator.
