CRETE 2022: Dr. Panagiotis Barkas participated in the 2022 Conference on Research on Economic Theory and Econometrics (CRETE) organized between July 11-15 in Tinos by the Department of Economics of the Athens University of Economics and Business (for the 20th consecutive year), in collaboration with the Foundation for Economic & Industrial Research (IOBE). Mr. Barkas presented his paper (with Dr. Theodoris Kounadeas) entitled “Financial and macroeconomic drivers of bank profitability: Evidence from Greek systemic banks during 2009-2019” in Parallel Session B: Policy Evaluation.
