On 14 and 15 June 2022, APPRAISE partners met at BTC City in Ljubljana to discuss and present the third use case pilot of the project. Slovenian project partners BTC City and ICS Ljubljana organised the event with the support of the Police and the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Slovenia.
The purpose of the meeting was for APPRAISE partners to become acquainted with the details and planned project activities for Pilot 3. The partners presented their innovative solutions, that are specifically aimed at ensuring increased security of the so-called “soft targets” to terrorist attacks. The participants of the meeting had the opportunity to visit the “Atlantis Water City”, a large water park based in the centre of Ljubljana, where the hosts presented the “engine room”, the technological systems of the water park and possible micro-locations relevant to Pilot 3 of the project.
