Crisis Group’s 2020 Watch List Virtual Policy Dialogue commenced on Wednesday, 25 November 2020 with a first session entitled ‘The EU and Turkish foreign policy ambitions – at odds?’, in which Ioannis N. Grigoriadis participated alongside other international experts to discuss the Turkish foreign policy drive, assess tension points in the region, and address which incentives and disincentives can the EU offer to mitigate tensions with Ankara.
