The EU funded research project MEDIADELCOM is close to publishing its first research findings on media monitoring capabilities and the potential sources of risks and opportunities for deliberative communication in 14 European countries. The MEDIADELCOM Consortium met on 12-16 September in Sofia to fine-tune the country case study reports, set-up for the comparative research – the next item on the pipeline – and update the strategy for communicating project output to stakeholders.

Advisory Board members Prof. Daniel Hallin and Prof. Emeritus Kaarle Nordenstreng provided constructive feedback on key concepts and advice on next steps.

The event was hosted by the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
