Loukas Tsoukalis participates in a debate on EU-Turkey relations

Loukas Tsoukalis, President of ELIAMEP, participated in a public debate on EU- Turkey relations. The event was jointly organized by the “Circle of ideas for national reconstruction” and the Hanns Seidel Stiftung and titled: “The EU-Turkey relations; deadlock or prospect?”.
