Ioannis Armakolas moderated a panel discussion on the role of external actors in the Western Balkans

On the 15th of March 2021, Ioannis Armakolas, Head of the South – East Europe Programme of ELIAMEP and Assistant Professor at the University of Macedonia, chaired the panel discussion on “What is ‘malign’ about external influence in the Western Balkans? Unpacking the role of non – Western powers”. This panel discussion is part of a series of research findings presentations, organized in the context of the research project “Western Balkans at the Crossroads” where he holds the scientific advisor position and is implemented by the Prague Security Studies Institute.
