Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, President of ELIAMEP delivered the keynote speech at the ‘Sino-European Strategic Dialogue’. This meeting, which was organised by leading European and Chinese international relations institutes, took place in Beijing on 21 and 22 October 2013.
