On the occasion of the launch of the Crisis Observatory project, the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) organised a public event on:

“The prospects of exiting the crisis: could 2013 mark the beginning of the road to recovery?”

The event took place on Thursday, April 25th at 19.00 at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (7, Akadimias str., 6th floor)

Gikas Hardouvelis, Professor, University of Piraeus

Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, President of ELIAMEP moderated the discussion

There was also short presentation on the objectives and activities of the Crisis Observatory by Dr. Dimitris Katsikas, Head of the Crisis Observatory, and Ms. Elly Andriopoulou, Co-Chief Operating Officer at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, which is funding the initiatives of the Crisis Observatory, delivered  introductory remarks.
