The Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), the Institute of Greek – German Relations of the University of Athens, the Austrian Embassy in Athens, and the Faculty of Economics of the University of Athens on the occasion of the Austrian Presidency of the Council of the European Union during the first half of 2006, organized a Conference on “Europe in the globalized economy”.
