Ιn Briefing Notes 35/2012 Dr. Ioannis Armakolas, ‘Stavros Costopoulos’ Research Fellow and Head of ELIAMEP’s South-East Europe Programme, and Maja Maksimović, research assistant at the Programme, discuss the latest rulings of the International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
